There are a lot of bread in our freezer. In our exuberance, often bake more bread than we can eat in a day or two. The gift is not in the freezer. Sometimes just baking bread to the store. It is wonderful to have homemade bread on hand for the periods in which we are too busy to bake. And it is always a good feeling to have bread on hand for an emergency. There are three ways to use bread from your freezer. More commonly, the freezer is attacked for the special bread (like Canadian Cheese Bread) for a sandwich of homemade bread or fresh bread for breakfast.

To accommodate those raids, which hold lots of bread in the freezer. A slice of bread or two from broke and fell frozen bread in the toaster, while the remaining bread dates back to the freezer. While you do not mind the toast of his sandwich, a variety of breads are available for breakfast or snacks. Thus, each child can choose the bread that he or she wants. The bread can be removed from the freezer and let thaw in the counter. Use it within a day or two as you would fresh bread.

Frozen bread can be reheated and recharged in the oven. Defrost the bread completely in the fight against global then in the oven for ten minutes at a temperature at which it was baked. The secret of quality bread from your freezer is starting with the freshest bread possible. If frozen as soon as bread is completely cooled, taste like it came from the oven when thawed. To freeze sliced bread or slice instead of a plastic bag with the excess air. For longer storage, cover the plastic bag with aluminum foil. As the air slowly migrate through the walls of a plastic bag, plastic only work for a month or two (heavier, freezer type bags will help). If frozen in foil or freezer paper, bread may be stored for three or four months and still maintain superior quality. Mark all loaves into the freezer with date and type of bread to be sure you can tell the difference between Old Wisconsin Cheddar and Sour Cream Onion Bread Pan. Place the new loaves behind the loaves already in the freezer to help rotate stocks. By the way, do not refrigerate bread. Pan, rancid more quickly in the refrigerator at the counter.
